Our Quality Commitment

In a constant concern for continuous improvement and in order to better meet the expectations of its users (citizens, professionals, administrations), the Urban Agency of Tangier implements a Quality Management System (SMQ) dedicated to the satisfaction of its clients and partners.

Our commitments:

  • Digitalisation: development of paperless processing procedures via Rokhas.
  • Deadlines: reduction of processing and issuance times for the urban planning information note (e-Note).
  • Transparency: free access to urban planning information via the GéoPortail.
  • Customer Listening: systematic handling of complaints via the Chikaya.ma portal.
