The Urban Agency of Tangier provides you with an online satisfaction questionnaire. Your opinion is valuable to us: it enables us to assess the quality of our services and to continuously improve the services provided to users, as part of our customer commitment approach and the Quality Management System (SMQ).
The satisfaction survey is hosted on the Citizen Portal of the Urban Agency of Tangier. This interactive space allows you to give your assessment of the reception, the processing times, the quality of the information and the support received.
