Urban Planning Documents 2022-2025

The development plan of the Mghogha and Souani districts was homologated by decree No. 2.23.15 of 12 January 2023, published in the Official Bulletin No. 7161, dated 16 January 2023. This development plan falls within the new generation of urban planning documents that promotes the principles of good governance and aligns with the vision of the new development model.

The Development Plan of the Kouass-Briech commune was homologated by decree No. 2-22-1030 of 5 January 2023, published in the Official Bulletin No. 7162, dated 19 January 2023.

The development plan of the Bni Makada district was homologated by decree No. 2.23.551 of 28 June 2023, published in the Official Bulletin No. 7209, dated 03 July 2023. This development plan falls within the new generation of urban planning documents that promotes the principles of good governance and aligns with the vision of the new development model. Furthermore, the Urban Agency of Tangier reaffirms its commitment to pursuing its efforts to extend the coverage of urban planning documents to its entire territory.
